Marcellus Lisotta, P.E.
Marcellus
is a Principal of the firm and leads the civil engineering department
for SCL Consulting and has over 25 years of civil engineering
experience with heavy emphasis on site development, roadway
improvements, storm drain designs, and utility designs. Marcellus is
responsible for the project management, coordination, design, cost
estimate, and special provisions on all of our civil engineering
projects. He is responsible for the engineering design and
management of projects including site grading, storm water management,
sanitary sewers, storm drains, water mains, roadways, paving, and
erosion control.
Marcellus has been a member of
the Tempe
Transportation Commission for over 4 years, and he also serves the
local community on the Tempe Multi Modal Planning and Project Review
Committee.
Marcellus has successfully
completed civil engineering projects for both public and private clients.
